When I was in NYC in April, Scott and I took a stroll along the Hudson River. We had our paperbacks, our snacks and wanted a small picnic overlooking the Hudson River. We walked onto a not just the river, but a sea of photo journalists, Nasa enthusiasts, space geeks, and tourists watching the NASA Shuttle Enterprise was saying it's last public "flight" on a 747 Boeing. It was being lifted to the Intrepid Museum in NYC.
Above are the quick 3 photos I took with my S95. If I would have known of this earlier, I would have taken my DSLR but so grateful I had my little camera to catch a piece of history (and so grateful I was up reading on this piece of history).
